About Kristin Fulwylie

Kristin is a community activist, political organizer, founder of The Black History Project, Inc. She has worked on various campaigns to create solution-based initiatives and has been part of national, state, and local organizations that include Equal Ground Education/Action Fund, Floridians For a Fair Democracy, Florida House of Representatives, For Our Future, NAACP, and NextGen Action. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, she always had a passion for working in her community. She earned her B.S. in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in 2010 and soon after, moved to Orlando, FL to receive her M.S. in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University, Winter Park, FL in 2011. Kristin is a proud member of the Orlando Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and serves as the Social Action Chair.
