About Michelle Mangum
Michelle Mangum is the Director of State Engagement for Shatterproof. Shatterproof is a nonprofit changing the healthcare system so the 40 million people suffering from addiction in America have access to quality treatment that's based on science. Michelle comes with a wealth of experience across the public sector. From working with adults and children with disabilities to seniors and most recently at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) as the Director of Government Relations. Michelle has demonstrated a commitment to the service of others throughout her career. With a passion for community building, Michelle has established a reputation for building solid relationships in the community and across all levels of government including federal, state, and local government. She is continuously working to serve, impact, and improve the lives of others.

Michelle is a proud graduate of Florida A & M University (FAMU) where she earned a BS in sociology and later an MS in Public Service Management from DePaul University in Chicago, IL. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and the FAMU National Alumnae Association.
