Ra Synclair Hall is a 5th-grade teacher at the esteemed Eccleston Elementary School in Orlando, FL. Ms. Hall, as her students know her, is passionate about the social, emotional, and academic well-being and growth of all students, especially those enrolled at Title I and Trauma Informed schools. Her goal is to build relationships with students and families that will foster engagement, and scholarship in a fun and collaborative environment, as well as positive interactions and communication between adults and students. Prior to 2018, before entering the classroom full-time, Ra designed women’s footwear in New York City for nearly a decade and spent some time as the right-hand woman to R&B singer K. Michelle. She is a graduate of Dr. Phillips High School, Smith College- where she pledged the Pi Iota Springfield City-wide Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Incorporated– and the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM).
